Box Score BLUEFIELD - Late fireworks by the Milligan College Buffaloes lifted the visitors past the Bluefield College Rams 2-1 in overtime, Wednesday evening at the East River Soccer Complex.
After a scoreless first half the Rams took the lead in the 70th minute on a goal by Joao Delgado with the assist from Jean-Emmanuel Ahouman. Bluefield's lead remained until the 88th minute when Milligan's Jack Allan scored with the assist going to Joel Dominguez, knotting the game at one.
In overtime, the clock had 14 ticks remaining when Jesse Ramoya scored to give Milligan the win.
Sven Kleinhans had five saves in goal for the Rams who are now 4-5-1 and 1-3 in AAC play. BC takes to the road Saturday to face Truett McConnell University in Cleveland, Ga.
