About East River Soccer Complex
Bluefield College's men's and women's soccer programs train and compete at the East River Soccer Complex. The complex is conveniently located on John Nash Boulevard/Rte 52, found by taking Exit 1 of Interstate-77 to Bluefield, WV. Five soccer fields are plotted amongst the mountains, providing a unique viewing experience for fans.
The Rams contest games on field one, which features bleachers, concessions, a press box, changing rooms and an officials hospitality area. Ample parking is also available on site.
The facility is the hub of southwestern Virginia soccer, with local high schools and middle schools also calling the fields home. The Southern West Virginia King's Warriors (PDL) have also transitioned to calling the East River Soccer Complex home, beginning with their summer 2014 season. The facility is operated by the East River Soccer Association.
