BLUEFIELD, Va.---- Kianna Campbell capped off the year 2019 with a walk-off free throw to give the Rams the 61-60 win against Piedmont International Monday.

Down by one on the final possession, Campbell drove across the timeline and got fouled on a three pointer at the buzzer. The transfer guard built tension in The Dome after missing the first, but sank the final two free throws to give Bluefield the edge against the Bruins.

Campbell led the way for Bluefield with 20 points, five rebounds and five steals. Tiyanna Scott added 17 points for the Rams off of five three's, and tallied five assists in the win. Corey Mullins' squad shot 44% from beyond the perimeter with 11 treys.

The Rams have now racked up five wins in a row and will return to The Dome on January 2 to face conference opponent Union.
