Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. - The Bluefield College women's volleyball team opened the season on a high note, winning its first three matches of the year and compiling a 3-1 record in the Milligan Mountain Madness over the Aug. 26-27 on the campus of Milligan College.
On Friday the Rams defeated Middle Georgia 3-2 (19-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-16, 15-9) and then knocked off Talladega (Ala.) 3-2 (15=25, 23=25, 25-22, 25-17, 17-15. Saturday morning BC won its third straight match to open the season, beating Midway (Ky.) 3-1 (25-17, 22-25, 26-24, 25-12) before falling 3-1 to Pikeville (Ky.) 28-26, 20-25, 15-25, 16-25.
Camry McCroskey was named to the All-Tournament Team.
The Rams are back on the court Sept. 2-3 at the River City Tournament, hosted by Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio.
