MILLIGAN, Tenn. - The Milligan University Buffaloes defeated the Bluefield University Rams 3-0 in the final regular-season women's volleyball match of the 2023 season. Milligan claimed the three-set win 25-14, 25-11, 25-18.
Nayerley Jimenez recorded a double-double with 13 assists and 10 digs. Liangelys Santana and Georgia Lewis each collected 11 digs, and Joslyn Evans finished with nine kills.
The Rams finish the regular-season with a 12-9 AAC record and 17-14 overall. BU opens AAC Tournament play Thursday as the #7 seede in the 10-team tournament. The Rams take on Union College, Nov. 9 at noon at the Meadowview Conference Center in Kingsport, Tenn.
