GRAYSON, Ky. – Bluefield University's football team got back on the winning track with a 38-21 win over Kentucky Christian University, Saturday night, snapping a two-game skid.
INSIDE THE GAME

• Bluefield got on the board first when Elijah Padgett blocked a KCU punt and returned it 17 yards for the score. Riley Stubbs kicked the PAT.
• The Rams made it 14-0 on a Nathan Herstich 17-yard pass to George Adjei. Stubbs added the extra poing.
• After a KCU score, Stubbs kicked a 29 -yard field goal and Adjei reached the end zone on a 21-yard pass play to make it 24-7 going into the halftime break.
• Dakii Chandler scored on a 38-yard touchdown pass play and Gage Chambers took it to the house on a 62-yard strike from Herstich.
• The Knights scored late to close the final gap to 17 points.

LEADERS

• Herstich completed 15-of-26 passes for 279 yards and four touchdowns.
• Adjei caught six passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns/
• Logan Patron led the defense with 11 tackles.
• Padgett finished with a blocked punt, returned for a score, and had seven tackles.
