BANNER ELK, N.C. - Men's volleyball opened the 2019 season Tuesday night with a three-set loss at Lees-McRae College.
The Rams were led by Chaz Franqui who had 12 assists. Alberto Chiaparini had seven digs and six kills, while Alex Duron, in his first match as a Ram, had four kills.
Bluefield is back in action this weekend in Lebanon, Tenn., in "The Off The Block Grow The Game Challenge." The Rams face host Cumberland University on Friday, then take on Fontbonne (Mo.), Saturday morning.
