CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Playing one match Friday evening and two on Saturday, the Bluefield College men's volleyball team dropped all three matches on the weekend. Cincinnati Christian claimed a pair of 3-1 wins over Bluefield (25-21, 18-25, 24-26, 26-28 on Friday; 13-25, 21-25, 25-22, 15-25 on Saturday), while Siena Heights took a 3-0 sweep from the Rams (13-25, 12-25, 20-25).

The losses lands Bluefield at 3-16 in its first-ever season. Cincinnati Christian went 1-1 on Saturday to finish its season at 9-22, while Siena's sweeps over BC and CCU improved their squad to 11-11.

Daniel Williams led Bluefield in kills in all three matches, logging 11, 10 and 7 kills, respectively. Chase Craycraft matched Daniel with seven kills in the match with Siena Heights.

Isaiah Williams had 52 total assists for the weekend, recording totals of 19, 24 and 9 assists. The setter also had a big weekend at the net, recording 13, 20 and 6 block assists in the three matches.

The Rams' 25-21 set win against CCU on Friday evening proved to be their best of the weekend, as they had eight kills and no errors on 12 attempts to hit at a .667 clip. Bluefield continued to compete closely with the Eagles, but the hosts edged out BC late in the last two sets to claim the win.

Bluefield plays its final two home matches of the year next week, hosting Eastern Mennonite on Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 and University of Charleston on Friday, March 27 at 7 p.m.
