Freshman Ellen Johnson led Bluefield with 74 kills during the month of October, helping the Lady Rams to a trio of wins.

The Little River, S.C., native also led Bluefield with 106 digs for the month.

In BC's five-set match against Bluefield State, Johnson put down a career-best 15 kills, and hit at a .361 clip. She also added 13 digs in the contest.

She also tallied double-digit totals in BC's matchup with Truett-McConnell, having 13 kills and a career-high 23 digs.
