Bluefield University Athletics

Roderick Howard is in his fourth season with the Bluefield College football coaching staff. A native of Memphis, Howard played at the University of Memphis under Justin Fuente, who is the current head coach at Virginia Tech. His coaching experience includes volunteering at the University of Mississippi under the special teams coordinator and linebackers coach; defensive line at George Washington Carver High School and Melose High School. Howard lettered and registered at least one start at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and NAIA levels at Memphis, Harding and Lambuth.
