DAYTON, Tenn. – The Bluefield University Rams faced a tough challenge on the road, falling 69-48 to Bryan College (TN) in another Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) match-up at Summers Gymnasium.

Destiny Long paced the Rams with 16 points while adding eight rebounds.. Lina Pagan provided a strong offensive boost, finishing with 15 points. Defensively, Elle Gunter anchored the effort with nine rebounds, a block, and two points, while Haley Smith chipped in with four rebounds and two steals.

Although the Rams came up short, flashes of promise were evident as they look to bounce back in their next contest. Bluefield will return to action on February 1, taking on Columbia College in another crucial AAC showdown.
