BLUEFIELD – In a match delayed more than 90 minutes total due to lightning, the Bluefield University Rams women's soccer team fell to the Columbia International University Rams 4-0, Saturday afternoon at the East River Soccer Complex.
INSIDE THE MATCH

• CIU took the lead in the second minute and immediately thereafter the teams sat through a break of just over an hour due to lightning in the vicinity of the soccer complex.
• CIU led 1-0 at half and the team experienced another delay during the intermission due to lightning.
• CIU scored three second half goals for the win.
