BLUEFIELD – BU men's soccer played to a 2-2 draw with the University of Pikeville Bears, Saturday afternoon at the East River Soccer Complex.
UPike took a 2-0 lead with goals in the 35^th and 36^th minute. BU got on the board in the 41^st minute on a goal by Drake Cullens. UPike carried a 2-1 lead into the break. Malte Alm recorded his first collegiate goal in the 53^rd minute to tie the game at two. The teams battled the final 37 minutes but neither could find the back of the net.
Jake Mendoza had seven saves for the Rams.
