KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Three Rams scored in double digits, but Bluefield University fell to Johnson University 83-72 Thursday night in Appalachian Athletic Conference action. With the loss the Rams dropped to 7-10 in the AAC and 8-13 overall. 
INSIDE THE GAME

• Johnson led 45=37 at halftime and built a 23-point lead with 15 minutes to play in the game.
• The Rams battled back to close the gap to single digits, but could not get any closer.
• BU connected on 37% of its shots from the field and 60% from the charity stripe.

LEADERS

• Elijah White scored 18 points and dished out five assists.
• Jamal Hinkle finished with 14 points and seven rebounds.
• Kaleb Hewitt had 11 points with seven rebounds.

• The Battle of the Bluefields is nedt for the Rams as they travel to Bluefield State, Saturday. It is an exhibition game for the Rams.
