BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The Bluefield University Rams women's basketball team won its second straight game defeating Union College 75-62, Saturday afternoon in Appalachian Athletic Conference action. With the win the Rams improved to 8-7 in the AAC and 8-10 overall.
INSIDE THE GAME

• The Rams shot only 23% from the field in the first quarter but led the Bulldogs 16-11 after the first 10 minutes of play.
• BU carried a 33-25 lead into the halftime break, and led 56-47 heading into the fourth period.
• Bluefield's largest lead of the game was 17 points in the fourth quarter.

LEADERS

• Emily Breeding had a season-high 24 points, including six three-point shots and pulled down six rebounds.
• Kylie Meadows popped in 17 points and had a team-high eight rebounds.
• Destiny Long scored 13 points, pulled down four rebounds, and dished out four assists.
• Monay Galloway came off the bench to score 13 points and hand out four assists.
