Bulldogs bite Rams

BLUEFIELD - The Union College Bulldogs rallied late in both games to take a doubleheader from the Rams softball team, Saturday afternoon at Graham Rec Park. Union took game one 6-5, and topped the Rams 3-2 in nine innings in the second game.
GAME ONE
  • The Rams led 4-0 after four innings. Union scored five in the sixth to take the lead. The Rams rallied with a run in the seventh.
LEADERS GAME TWO
  • Union scored twice in the fourth and held the lead until the Rams rallied with two out in the bottom of the seventh on a two-run double by Santana.
LEADERS NEXT IN LINE
  • The Rams host Kentucky Christian, Tuesday afternoon.
