BLUEFIELD - Bluefield University baseball ran its season-opening winning streak to seven with an 8-5 win over the Union College Bulldogs in the teams' Appalachian Athletic Conference opener at a cold Bowen Field, Saturday afternoon. The Rams staged a late-inning comeback to gain the win, scoring four times in the seventh to take the lead. The key blow was a three-run home run by Reece Genter that put the Rams up 7-4.
