CLEVELAND, Ga. – Kylie Meadows recorded a double-double, but it was not enough as the Bluefield University Rams women's basketball team dropped a 78-68 Appalachian Athletic Conference contest Saturday afternoon to the Truett McConnell University Bears.
INSIDE THE GAME

• The Rams had a slow start, trailing 24-14 after one quarter and 38-27 at halftime.
• BU battled even with the Bears in the second half, but the first half deficit was too much to overcome.

• Meadows had 20 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists.
• Emily Breeding scored 17 points with six rebounds and a pair of assists.
• Kiaa Boyd added 12 points with three boards.
• Chase Dionio finished with 11 points, three rebounds, and two steals.
• Jaydn Hoover had four steals.
