Women get back on track with win over Montreat

BLUEFIELD – Bluefield University women's basketball snapped a two-game skid Wednesday night with a 76-47 Appalachian Athletic Conference win over Montreat College at the Dome Gymnasium. The Rams controlled the game from the outset and never trailed.

  • Bluefield led 24-6 after one quarter and 48-21 at halftime.
  • The Rams shot 64% from the field in the opening half, the Cavaliers 27%
  • Bluefield won the first half rebound battle 23-7.
