BLUEFIELD - Bryan College remained undefeated in AAC play with a 78-58 win over the Rams, Saturday afternoon at the Dome Gymnasium.
The Rams stayed close in the first half with the No. 16 team in the nation in NAIA, trailing 18-13 after one quarter and 32-25 at the break, but the Lions pulled away in the second half for their 24th win in 25 games this season.
Cierra Cook had a strong game for Bluefield with 16 points and nine rebounds, while
Tiyanna Scott came off the bench to pump in 11.
Kendal Cloninger added eight points and seven rebounds.
The Rams' defense held Bryan to 41 perfent shooting from the field.
