LEBANON, Tenn. - Softball wrapped up its series with Cumberland University with a resounding 14-2 win over the Phoenix in game two of their doubleheader Sunday afternoon.
Lexi Harmon got the scoring started in the first inning with a solo home run, then added a two-run blast in the fourth.
Carlee King launched a two-run dinger in the seventh as the Rams had their highest run production of the young season.
King finished 4-for-5 with three RBIs, while Harmon was 3-for-4 with five RBIs.
Kristin Storer was 2-for-3 was two runs knocked in. Harmon also earned the win in the circle and struck out three Cumberland batters.
In the opening game Sunday Cumberland took am 8-4 win. The Phoenix opened an early 7-0 lead but the Rams rallied late.Â

Macy Martin each had a pair of hits and Harmon knocked in three runs.
Laken Sparks suffered the loss in the circle.
