Softball loses two in Tennessee

LEBANON, Tenn. - Softball dropped a non-conference twinbill Saturday afternoon at Cumberland University 11-1, 8-7.
In the opener the Phoenix held the Rams to three hits. In game two BC rallied for five runs in the top of the seventh inning. Meredith Throckmorton and Lexi Harmon each had a pair of hits in the nightcap.
The two teams meet again for a doubleheader, Sunday afternoon on the CU campus.
