WEST POINT, Ga. - Women's basketball mounted a second half comeback, but it was not enough as the Rams fell 52-44 in AAC action Saturday afternoon at Point University.
The Skyhawks led the Rams 13-10 after one quarter and carried a 32-19 lead into the break. BC charged back in the third, out-scoring point 15-9 to pull to within seven at the start of the fourth period. The Rams played tough in the final stanza, but Point withstood the Bluefield challenge and claimed the conference win.
Kianna Campbell led Bluefield with13 points, six rebounds, four steals and three assists.
Haley Turman had five rebounds.
