BECKLEY, W.Va. - Women's volleyball made the one-hour drive north on I-77 to WVU Tech and battled but fell short in a four-set match 21-25, 18-25, 25-20, 20-25.
Kassidy Holloway had her Bluefield College high 35 assists in her fourth match as a Ram. On the front line Gabby Rigsby led the way with 10 kills and Katie Kendrick had eight. Paige Fisher had 13 digs and Leslie Flores added 11.
The Rams and Golden Bears square off again Friday evening in the Emily Cooper Classic hosted by the University of Rio Grande (Ohio).
