WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Host and fifth seeded Grace College took advantage of a slow Bluefield College start and took an 88-52 win over women's basketball in the opening round of the NCCAA National Tournament, Wednesday evening.
The Lancers held a 19-7 lead after the first quarter and expanded it to 43-18 at the half.
Danae Cox led Bluefield with 12 points and
Haley Turman had a season-high 11.
The Rams will next play either Mid-America Christian University or Yellowstone Christian College in the consolation bracket, Thursday at 1:45.
