PIPPA PASSES, Ky. - Softball used the long ball to take a doubleheader from Alice Lloyd College, Tuesday afternoon, 11-4 and 11-3.
In game one the Rams went yard four times as
Meredith Throckmorton,
Riley O'Neal,
Mary Blake Avery and
Lexi Harmon each connected for four-baggers. O'Neal was 3-for-3 in the game and Harmon picked up the win in the circle for BC.
Game two saw O'Neal again go yard for BC and she also knocked in three runs.
Kristin Storer was 5-for-5 with three RBI and Carli Bailey had two hits and knocked in three runs.
Laken Sparks earned the win in the circle and struck out seven.
