VALLEY, Ala - In its final road contest of the 2019 season, Bluefield College football dropped a Mid-South Conference Appalachian Division contest to the Point University Skyhawks 24-6, Saturday afternoon .
Point led 10-0 at the end of the first quarter and 24-0 at halftime. BC's defense did not allow the Skyhawks to score in the second half and the Rams' scored their lone points of the day with 6:18 to play in the game when
Aidan Wilder passed two yards to
Treymin Jackson
Wilder finished the game 24-of-46 passing for 169 yards with a score and four interceptions. His top receiver was
Greg Ebron who had five catches for 82 yards.
Cameron Wright was BC's top ball carrier with 73 yards on 10 rushes.
Defensively
Shaun Kolb had 14 tackles.
DaMarcus Wimbush and
Sam Kirtley had six apiece.
Tyrice Henry had a pair of intereptions.
The Rams conclude the regular season next Saturday at home as they meet Kentucky Christian for Senior Day at Mitchell Stadium.
