Second half surge leads Rams past Milligan

BLUEFIELD – Men's basketball erased a nine-point deficit and Jermiah Jenkins had a career high 31 points to lead the Rams to a 86-76 Appalachian Athletic Conference win over the Milligan Buffaloes, Thursday night at the Dome.

KEY MOMENTS
·         Milligan led by nine points on several occasions in the first half and Bluefield cut the lead to four on several occasions.
·         Jermiah Jenkins had a hot first half for BC as he scored 16 points. He made four three-point baskets.
·         David Tripp had eight first-half rebounds.
·         Rams came out hot in the second half and took lead by a point on Ty'quon Reid three with 16 minutes left in the game and never relinquished the advantage.
