BLUEFIELD – Danae Cox's put-back with two-tenths of a second remaining lifted the Rams to a 70-68 win over the Columbia College Koalas, Tuesday evening at the Dome Gymnasium.
The Rams charged back in the second half after trailing by eight at the intermission and took control. A Columbia three in the final 30 seconds tied the game at 68. Cox fired up a three with four seconds left, got the rebound and her second shot went through the net for the Bluefield win.
