EVENSVILLE, Tenn. - Bluefield College's men's soccer team dropped its fourth straight match Saturday night 3-1 to Bryan College. The game was played at Rhea County High School, moved to the location from the Bryan campus as a result of weather conditions in Eastern Tennessee.
The Lions scored the game's first goal in the fourth minute and carried a 2-nil lead into the intermission. Bluefield's lone goal came in the 50th minute on a goal by
Jan-Magnus Ahrens with the assist from
Nikolai Solomon.
Oscar Hernandez had seven saves in goal for the Rams. Bryan out-shot Bluefield 20-10 in the contest.
The Rams, now 3-7 overall and 0-4 in the Appalachian Athletic Conference, return to action Wednesday at St.Andrews.
