In a tough road contest at Steve Lacy Fieldhouse, the Bluefield University Rams fought hard but ultimately fell to the Milligan Buffs, 88-57.
From the opening tip, Milligan came out aggressive, jumping to an early lead and taking a 53-31 advantage into halftime. Despite the deficit, Bluefield continued to compete, with Quantavis McKinney delivering a standout performance. The dynamic forward led the Rams with 21 points and 8 rebounds, showcasing his scoring ability and tenacity on the boards.
Elijah White also made a significant impact, contributing 10 points and providing a spark for the Rams' offense. Pharoah Fields chipped in with 6 points and a steal, while Tyler Suber added 4 points and a rebound. Kaleb Morgan facilitated the offense with 2 assists, but the Rams faced a disciplined Milligan squad that maintained their defensive intensity throughout the contest.
