Dayton, TN – The Bluefield University Rams faced off against Bryan College in another Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) match-up last night. Despite a strong effort, the Rams fell to the Lions 83-59.
Elijah White led the Rams' offensive efforts, putting up 19 points and recording an impressive five steals. Quantavis McKinney contributed 13 points while dominating the boards with nine rebounds. Jordan Lineberger added to the rebounding effort with eight, and Donavon Martin pulled down seven of his own.
Jaron Washington-Thomas provided a key spark off the bench, scoring 11 of the Rams' 16 bench points, proving to be a crucial contributor.
The Rams will stay on the road as they travel to Columbia University for their next match-up on February 1st, hoping to bounce back and get back on track in AAC play.
