Bluefield Men’s Soccer Faces Tough Challenge Against Truett McConnell

Cleveland, GA- The Bluefield men's soccer team faced a tough matchup against Truett McConnell on Saturday, suffering a 2-0 defeat.

Key players Edwin Cruz, Ricardo Herrera, Juan Soto, and Nathan Thompson all took shots on goal, showcasing their offensive efforts.

In goal, Justus Repschlaeger delivered a standout performance with an impressive 11 saves.

Head Coach Gabriel Blakman, "Despite the long trip, I'm proud of the team's performance today. They battled the entire game. Unfortunately, sometimes in sports things don't go our way. However, we will keep going and keep battling our upcoming games to achieve our goal. This isn't over yet!"

Next up, the Rams will return home to the East River Soccer Complex to take on St. Andrews University on October 9th at 4 PM.
