BLUEFIELD - Bluefield University men's soccer concluded non-conference play Wednesday night and fell to the Carolina Bruins 2-0 at the East River Soccer Complex.
The Bruins struck early, scoring 1:45 into the match. The Rams defense held strong and it remained 1-0 at the half. Carolina made it 2-0 in the 64th minute, which was the final score.
Carolina out-shot the Rams 12-5 and
Duamel Jimenez recorded eight saves.
