BARBOURVILLE, Ky. – The Bluefield University Rams men's basketball team battled for 40 minutes but fell to the NAIA No. 9 Union College Bulldogs 93-88, Saturday afternoon in Appalachian Athletic Conference action. The Rams stand at 7-8 in the AAC and 8-10 overall.
INSIDE THE GAME

• The teams were hot in the first half with Union shooting 54% from the floor and Bluefield connecting on 49% of its shots. Union led 48-45 at the intermission.

• Elijah White had a BU career high 33 points, including three treys, and had six rebounds.
• Sage McLellan finished with 21 points, with three three-pointers.
• Jamal Hinkle added 10 points.
