COACH ALVAREZ SAID...
"This week at practice we worked a lot on our offense. We spent time on the court and we spent time in meetings. Our hard work showed in today's match. Our guys went out there with a game plan and they looked filled with confidence. Our team captain
Caleb Word made sure that the guys were well-prepared the entire time. That work at practice coupled with their preparation today made the difference. I also think that our middles pulled the weight of our offense tonight. A special shout out to
Alvaro Grande and to
JoVeaun Banks for their performances tonight."
