WALESKA, Ga. - Bluefield University men's volleyball split a pair of matches Friday at the Mid-South Conference POD hosted by Reinhardt University. In their first match of the day the Rams defeated Truett McConnell University in three sets 25-17, 25-21, 25-10 to earn their second consecutive victory of the season. The day's second game saw the Rams fall to Webber International University in five sets 25-22, 21-25, 25-19, 18-25, 6-15.

• "We have had some adjustments to our schedule recently and it allowed us to get into the gym to get some work done. This was certainly a very satisfying experience to open up our conference schedule with a victory. I thought our offense executed some fast tempo plays and our defense was very good at creating opportunities for us to counter. I expect us to continue improving and building as we play this weekend."
