OAKLAND CITY, Ind. - Baseball claimed victory in its first game in the NCCAA Mid-East Regional witha 9-2 win over the Johnson (Tenn.) University Royals on the campus of Oakland City University, Monday afternoon.
The Rams rolled to a 9-0 lead and JU scored its only runs in the bottom of the eighth inning.

Andy Pena who each had a pair of hits. Huntley knocked in four runs and powered his eighth home run of the season. Espinal and Pena each knocked in two runs.
Justin Meza got the win for Bluefield as he pitched seven innings in relief.
The Rams are back in action in the winner's bracket Tuesday morning as they face host Oakland City University.
