CHARLESTON, W.Va. -
Anisha Marshall became the first female cross country runner in the history of Bluefield College to qualify for the NCCAA national meet. Marshall qualified by running a time of 24:58 at the Golden Eagle Classic, hosted by the University of Charleston in Charleston, W.Va.
Marshall finished fourth in the race. Other Rams were
Jordyn O'Saben, 13th with a time of 26:32,
Katelynne Cuddy 26:39,
Nicole Hamby 34:34, and
Nicole Benedito 38:28.
The Rams as a team finished fourth out of seven.
The NCCAA national meet will be held in Jackson, Miss.
