MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. - The Rams women's soccer team was ambushed by a herd of buffaloes, Wednesday afternoon as the Milligan College Buffaloes claimed a 2-0 win in an Appalachian Athletic Conference match.
Milligan scored both its goals in the first half and held the Rams to only three shots on goal the entire match. Bluefield goalkeeper Amanda Brown had seven saves.
The Rams, now 3-6 overall and 1-3 in the AAC, are back in action Saturday afternoon at AAC foe Bryan.
