WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Bluefield men's basketball team claimed seventh place at the NCCAA Tournament with an 89-79 win over Alice Lloyd College. It was the Rams' second win within a week over ALC and with the victory the squad finished the season with a 22-14 record.

The Rams controlled the game from the outset, rolling to a 42-32 halftime lead and leading by as many as 20 points in the second half.

Cordaris Townes collected another double-double with 26 points and 10 rebounds along with six blocks. Tony Hood checked in with 18 points, three assists and a pair of steals. Sidney Knox scored 13 points, had seven assists and three steals. Zeke Williams in his final game as a Ram, finished with 11 points.
