James Gunn, added the PAT for the Rams' 7-0 lead.

Â
Bethel gained the 14-7 edge in the second quarter with a Devan Rymer four-yard scamper. The Wildcats' drive took just five plays and covered 34 yards, as a 13-yard punt return and a 15-yard personal foul penalty on the Rams set BU up with a short field.
Â
The visitors opened the second half's scoring as well thanks to another Rymer score, this one from nine yards out.
Â
Bluefield answered to make it a one possession game once again, 21-14, as
Rodrell Smith took a reversal 50 yards into the endzone.
Â
But, Bethel's special teams began to spark the team's scoring as Quincy Walden returned Hilton's kick 70 yards for a score and a 28-14 lead for the Wildcats.

Â
Bluefield used a variety of rush attempts up the middle, led by
Sam Bennett and
Adrian Pope. A facemask penalty moved the Rams into first-and-goal territory, and BC finally converted on fourth-and-goal, as
Ashten Dixon found
David Gianesin from five yards out for his first career touchdown reception with the Rams.
Â

Â
Bluefield was forced to go for a fourth-down conversion on their next series, and could not convert. Bethel went the other way with a nine-play, 70-yard drive to close out the game's scoring 49-21.
